Plans
Oilfield and water hauling
For oilfield, production water, and other hauling operations that dispatch their own drivers.

Every software charge is published. The one-time setup fee is quoted for your operation, and Strait Gauge™ hardware is quoted separately.
Definitions
How charges are measured
- Fleet
- Each instance of Strait Dispatch that you have configured on your account.
- Active driver
- A driver who completed at least one work order in that month’s billing cycle.
- Back-end user
- A person who signs in to Fleet Manager, such as a dispatcher, biller, or manager.
- Unloaded work order
- A work order marked unloaded during the billing month. Charged on the OTR and brokerage plan only.
- Scale
- There is no hard limit to the number of trucks, carriers, or drivers managed under one fleet. Free trial fleets have limits.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial without a credit card. If you would rather see it first, schedule a demo.
Is there a limit to how many trucks or drivers we can have?
No. There is no hard limit to the number of trucks, carriers, or drivers you can manage under one fleet. Free trial fleets have limits.
How is the setup fee set?
Setup is a one-time fee quoted for your operation. It includes training for your dispatchers and office personnel. We will give you the figure during your demo.
Do we pay for drivers who did not work that month?
No. On the oilfield plan you pay only for active drivers: drivers who completed at least one work order in that month’s billing cycle.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. See the Terms of Service.
